Working with our Technical Services team, we can assist with building and delivering high quality training and education across Canada.  These sessions can be performed 1:1 or through in person or online group sessions.

CUSTOMER & TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Sometimes projects don’t go as planned or solutions don’t play nice together.  When our dealers need it, our Technical team provides Level 1 support for your brand to help Integrators quickly and easily overcome challenges.  If more advanced support is required, we will work with you to address the problem and find a solution.

SALES CALL REPORTING & MONTHLY BUSINESS REVIEW

Our team of Business Development Manager’s is equipped with world class CRM technology which captures, and records call reporting, communication with customers, leads and the project pipeline for your solutions.  Utilizing this information, along with revenue data, our Executive Team with perform a monthly business review with you to monitor and track progress toward our shared goals.

CREDIT REFERENCE SUPPORT

Our finance team has extensive credit history and experience with dealers across the country as well as industry leading credit tools to help take the risk out of granting trade credit to Canadian dealers.
