Step 1
Discovery
The SAM Executive Team, led by Bryan Sack (VP) and Scott Trotter (President), will execute an NDA and perform an initial discovery session to understand the current state of your business in Canada, past revenue performance, current business trend, challenges and opportunities, and your brands goals. The discovery session will form the basis for Step 2; the Market Assessment.
Step 2
Market Assessment
Using information learned from the Discovery session and our knowledge of the Canadian market, the SAM Executive Group will perform an in-depth market assessment to better understand the potential for your brand, the competitive landscape, market trends, entry barriers and risks. Once completed, a summary of our findings will be presented to your team for review. Following the market assessment, a requirement to move to Step 3 is the execution of a SAM Services Agreement.
Step 3
Canadian Business Plan
After the signing of our Services Agreement, the SAM Executive Team will commence work on a Canadian specific Business Plan for your brand. This plan will utilize information uncovered during our Discovery and Market Assessment to ensure our strategy and tactics align with your goals for Canada. Key components of the plan will include:
- Sales and marketing strategy
- Pricing and program strategy
- Dealer acquisition plan and goals
- Revenue forecasting
- Fulfillment and logistics plan
- Dealer onboarding process
- Dealer ordering process
- Support, Service and RMA processes
- Key performance indicators (KPI’s)
Our completed plan will be presented to your team for discussion, review, and sign off by both parties.
Step 4
Sales & Technical Training
Training is a fundamental component of ensuring all of our team members are equipped with the right information and tools to be successful in the role they play in your brands success. SAM Teams that require training include:
- SAM Field Team – Sales, Product and Technical Training
- SAM Customer Service Team – Product Training
- SAM Technical Support Team – Product and Technical Training
Training is typically completed through a series of remote or in-person sessions and broken into groups to allow our entire team to participate.
Step 5
Prepare to Launch!
Once the pre-launch preparation has been completed, we are prepared to launch! A well orchestrated launch will be quarterbacked by our team with joint responsibility over marketing and communication to the market. Our launch plan will aim to generate interest and excitement in your brand, as well as to lay the foundation for long term success.
